Roll and Read- R-Controlled Vowels ar, er, ir, or, ur – Read, Trace Kindergarten

Students can practice reading and tracing words with r-controlled vowels ar, er, ir, or and ur with these no-prep roll & read worksheets!

I’ve included two different activities that include individual digraphs as well as mixed digraph words. In the first set of worksheets, students roll a die and trace the word next to the number rolled.

In the second set of worksheets, students roll a die, read the word above the number, then color the box with the word.

These low-prep activities are perfect for literacy centers, small groups, morning work, early finishers, or independent practice. Just print, grab some dice, and students are ready to roll and read!
