Interactive Bulletin Board for Guided Reading

In this Interactive Bulletin Board you will be able to incorporate writing into guided reading easier and the students will have a choice about what they want to write about/ focus on. This bulletin board is a giant bingo mat where students will read a book in guided reading with the teacher or could be used as an independent center.

After reading the book they will pick a square that tells them what to write about. Whether it is finding nouns, creating a new illustration, asking questions or finding rhyming words. Students will be attempting to get four in a row like in the game Bingo. Students will have to pay attention to what the squares say as some are meant for non-fiction vs. fiction and the first four books will probably not give them four in a row. After getting four in a row students can try to get it again horizontal, vertical, diagonal or fill up their whole board.
