These games are fun, engaging, interactive, and GIANT (though I’ve included three different sizes in case you want a desk- or table-sized version too)! Students will practice letter identification and sounds, CVC and CVCE words, numbers identification, counting, coins, colors, shapes, and more. Perfect for use in your math or literacy center or for individual or whole-group practice, each game comes in three different sizes. HOW TO PLAY:
- Print domino pieces out on paper. I have included a full-page option, a two-to-a- page option, and a 20-to-a-page option. I use color cardstock to brighten them up and improve durability!
- Decide how many dominoes you want students to use. They can use all of the dominoes (this makes a HUGE floor puzzle your class will love), or choose a lesser amount and have students work in groups.
- Students will connect the pieces just like they would with traditional dominoes. They can connect pieces horizontally or vertically.
These domino games can be used all year long! They are perfect for the beginning, middle, or end of the year during review or after you’ve taught all letters, letter sounds, numbers, cvc words, cvce words, digraph sounds, coins, numbers, and shapes!
