With this Halloween resource you will get a Build a Cauldron word family activity that helps students practice reading, writing, and identifying short vowel word families with a Halloween theme.
There are multiple print options included so you can easily adapt this activity for your students. You have the option to use black and white or color templates, print on colored paper, or have students color their own. Some cauldrons are blank so students can create their own word families, while others include the word endings so students can fill in the beginning sounds.
Students can write or draw on each bubble and then glue them above the cauldron to display their completed word family craft.
